Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd. to Dispose Equipment from Paper Division on Piecemeal Basis
Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd. has announced the disposal of some equipment forming part of the block of plant and machineries related to the paper division on a piecemeal basis. The agreement for sale was entered into on 13th January 2026 and the expected date of completion of sale/disposal is 31st March 2026. The aggregate amount of Rs. 2.00 Crores (Rupees Two Crores Only) plus applicable GST will be received on or before the sale/disposal of equipment’s/plant and machinery. The buyer, Bluecraft Agro Private Limited, has a whole-time director who is also a director and shareholder of Shree Rama Newsprint Ltd. The sale of the undertaking is outside the Scheme of Arrangement and the necessary approval from shareholders has been obtained.
