Shree Refrigerations: Audited Financial Results for FY26 Approved

Shree Refrigerations Ltd. announced the approval of its audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, following a Board of Directors meeting on May 25, 2026. The board also approved the auditor's report on these financial statements and appointed internal, secretarial, and cost auditors for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, a new Code of Conduct for Insider Trading was approved. The audited financial results, along with the audit report and statement of deviations, have been submitted as annexures.
