Shree Renuka Sugars: Corrigendum to AGM Notice

Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for September 22, 2026. The corrigendum amends Item No. 3 of the AGM notice, changing the resolution type from Ordinary to Special Resolution. This amendment includes the addition of a proposed resolution and an explanatory statement concerning the re-appointment of Mr. Kuok Khoon Hong as a Director.
