Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd Announces Changes in Board of Directors

Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has announced changes in its Board of Directors. Mr. Atul Chaturvedi will change his designation from Executive Director and Chairman to Non-Executive Director (Non-Independent) with effect from 1st April 2026. Mr. Madhu Rao, an Independent Director, will be designated as the Chairman of the Board of Directors with effect from the same date. Mr. Susheel Kumar Kamboj has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from 23rd March 2026 and as the Managing Director for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st April 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.
