Shree Salasar Investments Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The closure will be effective from April 1st, 2026 and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31st, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of these financial results will be intimated in due course.
