Shree Steel Wire Ropes Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended March 31st 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from April 1st, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31st, 2026. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results will be communicated separately.
