Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Co. to Amend MOA & AOA for Captive Electricity Generation

Shree Tirupati Balajee Agro Trading Company Ltd. has announced an alteration in its Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) to include provisions for captive electricity/power generation activities. The decision comes after receiving communications from Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited (MPPTCL) directing the necessary amendments.
