Shreeji Translogistics Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Shreeji Translogistics Ltd announced its Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of six Whole-time Directors for a five-year term starting September 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Rajesh Manilal Joshi was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, and the resignation of Mr. Shailesh Surendra Kamdar as Non-Executive Independent Director was noted.
