Shreeji Translogistics Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results

Shreeji Translogistics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results is yet to be announced.
