Shreenath Paper Products Ltd Adjourns Board Meeting to Approve Half-Yearly Results Due to Pending Confirmations and Technical Difficulties

Shreenath Paper Products Ltd, in a regulatory filing to the BSE, has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled on 14/11/2025 has been adjourned to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The adjournment was due to certain pending confirmations from the Statutory Auditor and technical difficulties being faced in generation of the UDIN on the ICAI portal for issue of Limited Review Report. The meeting commenced today at 7.30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 8.30 P.M. (IST).
