Shreeshay Engineers Ltd. Announces 30th Annual General Meeting on September 05, 2025: Includes Audited Financial Statements, Director Appointment, and Migration to Main Board of BSE and NSE

Shreeshay Engineers Limited has announced the Notice of its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Friday, September 05, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will transact ordinary business, including the consideration and adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the appointment of a Director in place of Mr. Jignesh Thobhani. Additionally, the AGM will consider a special resolution for the migration of the company's listed equity shares from the BSE SME Segment to the Main Board of BSE Limited and the Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSE). The company will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Jignesh Thobhani as Managing Director for a further period of 3 (three) years.
