Shreeshay Engineers Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Designated Persons

Shreeshay Engineers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st October, 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the half-year ended 30th September, 2025 for the company's Designated Persons including their immediate relatives. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and approval of the Financial Results for the above-mentioned period is yet to be communicated.
