Shree Vatsaa Finance Re-appoints Mr. Sudhir Kapoor as Non-Executive Independent Director

Shree Vatsaa Finance & leasing Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sudhir Kapoor as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years from March 15, 2026, to March 14, 2031. Mr. Kapoor, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has 37 years of experience in various fields including statutory/tax auditing, income tax matters, and bank finance. He is not related to any director or key managerial personnel of the company and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by SEBI or any other authority. The re-appointment was approved by the members of the company through a postal ballot and remote e-voting facility.
