The company has fixed Wednesday, August 12, 2026, as the cut-off date for remote e-voting. The remote e-voting period will commence on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
