Transworld Shipping Lines Completes Acquisition of Transworld Logistics Private Limited

Transworld Shipping Lines Ltd has completed the acquisition of 100% paid-up share capital of Transworld Logistics Private Limited (TLPL) on 31st December 2025. TLPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition of Transworld Integrated Logistek Private Limited (TILPL) is expected to be completed by 31st January 2026. The acquisitions aim to accelerate revenue growth, enable global outreach, and enhance customer acquisition and retention. The total outlay for the transaction is INR 39.70 crores.
