Shri Bajrang Alliance Board Approves CMD Change, Director Re-appointment, LLP Disinvestment

Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd's Board of Directors met on June 24, 2026, approving several key changes. Mr. Anand Goel has been designated as Chairman & Managing Director, succeeding Mr. Narendra Goel. The tenure of Independent Director Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mehra will expire on June 28, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anshul Dave as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company will divest its entire remaining partnership interest in Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery LLP (SBCD LLP), ceasing its partnership upon completion.
