Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd Temporarily Shuts Down Steel Division Plant for Maintenance and Expansion

Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd has commenced a temporary shutdown of its Steel Division plant located at Urla Industrial Complex, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) from 18 November 2025 for an estimated 45 days. The shutdown is to facilitate planned maintenance activities and implementation of capital expansion works aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and production capability. The planned activities include expansion of the reheating furnace, installation of a roughing stand, and installation of an additional straightening machine. These developments are part of the Company’s ongoing organic initiatives to modernise its facilities and improve productivity benchmarks. The Company assures that the shutdown is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the long-term operations or financial performance of the Company.
