Shri Jagdamba Polymers Board Approves Director Changes, Committee Reconstitution

Shri Jagdamba Polymers Ltd announced significant board changes following a meeting on July 06, 2026. Mr. Vikas Shrikishan Agarwal resigned as Director due to professional commitments. Mr. Maheshkumar Gaurishanker Joshi ceased to be an Independent Director upon completing his terms. Mr. Ramakant Bhojnagarwala, currently Managing Director, will be redesignated as Chairman from July 07, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Aalay Mehta and Mr. Hardik Shah as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Consequently, the company will reconstitute its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee effective July 07, 2026.
