Shri Keshav Cements And Infra Ltd. has announced proposed alterations to the Object Clause of their Memorandum of Association (MOA). The changes, which are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, include the addition of new objectives and the modification of existing ones. The new objectives include the production and distribution of cement, lime, and by-products, as well as the production of green energy and sustainable bio-fuels. Additionally, the company plans to establish and operate fuel stations, petrol pumps, diesel outlets, and electric charging stations across the country, and engage in the trading of petroleum fuels and allied products.
