Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q4 Results in 2025

Shri Krishna Devcon Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives, as well as all connected persons. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect from January 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the board meeting where results will be considered will be intimated in due course.
