Shri Vasuprada Plantations Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 FY2026 Audit

Shri Vasuprada Plantations Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the financial results declaration will be informed in due course.
