Shri Vasuprada Plantations Receives Favourable Order from Kerala High Court

Shri Vasuprada Plantations Ltd. has received a favourable order from the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in the matter of IA No. 1 of 2025 in WA No. 599 of 2020. The order permits the Company to cut, remove, and replant rubber trees, recalling its earlier direction requiring deposit of entire sale proceeds with the Forest Department. The Court has further directed quarterly submission of statement of accounts to the Forest Department and permitted Forest officials to oversee the cutting, removal, and replanting activities. This order is expected to have a favourable impact on the operations and financial position of the Company.
