Shrincon Industries: Statutory Auditor RS Dani & Co. Resigns; Birla & Associates Appointed

M/s RS Dani & Co., Chartered Accountants, resigned as the Statutory Auditor of Shricon Industries Limited due to the expiration of their peer review certificate and inability to conduct the audit for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 28, 2026, accepted this resignation. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, M/s Birla and Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 019911C), were appointed as the new Statutory Auditors until the upcoming general meeting.
