Shriram AMC Announces Senior Management Changes

Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd has announced changes in its senior management personnel. Mr. Ketankumar Shah has been re-designated from Fund Manager & Additional Employee to Principal Officer (PMS Division) effective June 15, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Hitesh Savanth has been appointed as Senior Fund Manager for the Mutual Fund Business, also effective June 15, 2026. Both individuals will continue to be designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company. The appointments and re-designation were approved by the Board of Directors through circular resolutions.
