Shriram AMC Grants 4.28 Lakh Stock Options

Shriram Asset Management Company Ltd announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 4,28,433 stock options under the Shriram Asset Management Company Limited Employees Stock Option Plan, 2022. These options are convertible into equity shares of Rs. 10 face value each. The exercise price will be determined by the committee, not less than the face value. The options have a validity of 10 years from the date of vesting, though vesting details were not applicable at the time of the announcement. The committee meeting was held today.
