Shriram Finance Announces 47th AGM for FY26

Shriram Finance Ltd has announced its 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025-26, scheduled for July 10, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also released the Annual Report for FY26, the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, and the Notice of the AGM. Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share, alongside confirmation of an interim dividend of ₹4.80 per equity share. Remote e-voting will be open from July 7 to July 9, 2026, with a cut-off date of July 3, 2026, for eligible members.
