Shriram Finance Pays Final Dividend of ₹6 Per Share for FY26

Shriram Finance Limited has announced the payment of its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The dividend amounts to 300%, or ₹6 per equity share of face value ₹2 each. This dividend was recommended by the Board of Directors and approved at the 47th Annual General Meeting held on July 10, 2026. The payment was made on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, to eligible shareholders whose names appeared on the company's register of members as of Friday, July 03, 2026 (the Record Date). Applicable taxes at source have been deducted.
