Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd to Acquire Grupo Antolin Companies for INR 16,700 Mn.

Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd (SPRL) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Grupo Antolin Irausa, S.A.U. and Grupo Antolin Ingenieria, S.A.U. to acquire all outstanding shares of Antolin Lighting India Private Limited, Grupo Antolin India Private Limited, and Grupo Antolin Chakan Private Limited. The total Enterprise Value of the transaction is Euro 159 Million (approximately INR 16,700 Mn.). The acquisition is expected to be completed by January 2, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Share Purchase Agreement. The acquired entities are leading providers of automotive interior solutions, with a strong presence in the Indian market. The transaction will help SPRL expand its product offerings, strengthen its position in the auto components industry, and create long-term value for stakeholders.
