SPR Auto: All resolutions passed at 62nd AGM

SPR Auto Technologies Ltd announced that all Ordinary and Special Resolutions proposed at its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Monday, July 27, 2026, were duly passed by the members with the requisite majority. The AGM was conducted via Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Ms. Preeti Grover, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM.
