SPR Auto Technologies Limited (formerly Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited) announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The company reported a strong year-on-year growth in consolidated total income, which increased by 61% to ₹16,746 Million in Q2 FY27 and by 56% to ₹31,738 Million in H1 FY27. Consolidated EBITDA grew by 29% YoY to ₹3,004 Million in Q2 FY27 and by 28% YoY to ₹5,831 Million in H1 FY27. Despite challenging macroeconomic conditions including geopolitical tensions and volatile commodity prices, the company's performance was bolstered by a strong domestic automotive industry. Margins were impacted by rising commodity costs and finance costs related to the acquisition of three Indian entities of Antolin. The company successfully raised ₹10,000 Million through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) to strengthen its balance sheet and support future growth. SPR Auto also entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Sunsure Solarpark Forty Private Limited for renewable energy for its manufacturing facilities.
