Shukra Pharmaceuticals Authorized for Robotic Assisted Surgery Systems by Meril Healthcare

Shukra Pharmaceuticals Limited has been authorized by Meril Healthcare Private Limited, a renowned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of advanced orthopaedic and robotic systems, for the 'Robotic Assisted Surgery System for Orthopedics' projects at the Directorate General Armed Forces Medical Services (DGAFMS), Ministry of Defence, and INHS Asvini, Colaba, Mumbai (Maharashtra). This authorization empowers Shukra Pharmaceuticals to quote tenders, raise invoices, make supplies, submit offers, and collect orders and payments on behalf of Meril Healthcare for these projects. This strategic collaboration marks Shukra Pharmaceuticals' entry into the high-growth medical robotics and advanced orthopaedic healthcare technology segment, aligning with their long-term vision of diversification and value creation. The authorization is valid till March 2026 or the completion of the respective projects, whichever is earlier.
