Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd to issue bonus shares at a ratio of 3:1

The company has announced a bonus issue of 3 fully paid-up bonus shares for every 1 fully paid-up equity share held by the members of the company as on the record date, subject to approval through postal ballot. The authorized share capital of the company will increase from 12,00,00,000/- to 44,00,00,000/- (Rupees Forty-four Crore) by altering the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company, also subject to approval through postal ballot.,
