Shukra Pharmaceuticals to change name to Shukra Medtech Limited

Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved a change in the company's name to Shukra Medtech Limited. This change is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The company will also alter its Memorandum of Association to reflect the new name and main objects. The Board also approved the Director's Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and convened the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 25, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19 to September 25, 2026.
