Shyam Century Ferrous Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q4 Results for FY2025-2026

Shyam Century Ferrous Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Officers, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons'. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026 will be informed in due course. Connected persons, Designated persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
