Shyam Century Ferrous Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 06 February 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated persons and their immediate relatives from 01 January 2026 till 48 hours after the results are approved and filed with the Stock Exchanges. The trading window will reopen on 09 February 2026.
