Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited has expanded its production capabilities at its Pakuria facility by commissioning two new annealing furnaces and a 2300 mm Vertical Foil Separator (LGSS). The furnaces, with capacities of 25 MT p.a. and 30 MT p.a. respectively, are expected to streamline the annealing process, improve production efficiency, and enhance product consistency and quality. The new foil separator will enable precise separation of Ultra-Light Gauge and Light Gauge foil (6-15 microns), allowing the company to cater to specialized customer requirements. These upgrades aim to improve process control, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and expand value-added product offerings, aligning with the company's strategy to enhance manufacturing strength and meet evolving market demand.
