Shyam Metalics's Ramsarup Industries to Boost Steel Production Capacity with Modern Blast Furnace and Linear Sinter Plant

Ramsarup Industries Limited, part of Shyam Metalics, is set to commission a state-of-the-art Modern Blast Furnace and Linear Sinter Plant with a Rs 369 crore investment. The Blast Furnace has a capacity of 0.45 million tonnes per annum and is equipped with modern coal injection technology and a dry gas cleaning plant. The Linear Sinter Plant will process iron ore fines into feedstock suitable for the Blast Furnace. This strategic expansion aims to enhance the company’s production capabilities to meet the growing demand for high-quality Alloy, Carbon, and Special Steel products through EAF, LRF, and VD processes across multiple industries.
