Shyam Telecom Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Shyam Telecom Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay Khanna as Managing Director for five years and Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar as Non-Executive Independent Director for five years. Additionally, the board discussed the draft Director's Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for FY26, along with the notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting and the appointment of scrutinizers for the e-voting process.
