Shyama Computronics Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Roshni Poddar as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer for a period of five years, subject to member approval. Mr. Swaraj Kumar Singh has resigned as Whole-Time Director, effective August 10, 2026. The company also scheduled its 30th Annual General Meeting for September 23, 2026, to be held via video conference.
