Shyama Computronics Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Shyama Computronics and Services Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of Ms. Roshni Poddar as Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer for a period of five years, subject to member approval. Mr. Swaraj Kumar Singh resigned as Whole-Time Director, effective August 10, 2026. The 30th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026, via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means.
