Shyamkamal Investments Ltd. to Hold Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 17th March, 2026

Shyamkamal Investments Ltd. has called for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 17th March, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) and the Company is providing remote E-voting facility to all the shareholders. The EGM will transact two special businesses: the appointment of Ms. Aesha Harsh Shah as Non-Executive and Independent Director, and the change of the Company's registered address.
