SI Capital & Financial Services Ltd Allots Non-Convertible Debentures Worth Rs. 50 Lakhs

SI Capital & Financial Services Ltd has allotted 5000 number of Secured Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs.1,000/- each on private placement. The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company approved and allotted the NCDs in its meeting held on 13th July 2023. The NCDs, amounting to Rs. 50 Lakhs, are secured by a first charge over the assets of the company, as decided by the Board of Directors. The first interest payment will be made from March 17, 2026, and the last interest payment will be on March 16, 2031. The principal amount will be redeemed on March 16, 2031.
