Sibar Auto Parts Ltd Announces Q3 Results for 2025, Reports Increase in Revenue

Sibar Auto Parts Ltd, a leading auto parts manufacturer, announced its financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. The company reported an increase in revenue from operations, which stood at INR 2,035.15 lakhs compared to INR 1,625.70 lakhs in the same period last year. The total income also increased to INR 2,049.72 lakhs from INR 1,639.81 lakhs. The expenses increased slightly to INR 2,257.45 lakhs from INR 2,211.68 lakhs, but the profit before tax stood at INR 192.27 lakhs, up from INR 188.11 lakhs. The net profit for the period was INR 141.28 lakhs, and the earnings per equity share were INR 14.13. The company operates with a single segment and the financial results are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and other accounting principles generally accepted in India.
