Twinshield Consultants Pvt Ltd has acquired 15,45,500 equity shares, representing 3.90% of the total share capital, in Sicagen India Limited through an off-market transaction. This acquisition, made at the prevailing market rate, increases Twinshield Consultants' holding as part of the promoter group. Following the transaction, their total shareholding in Sicagen India now stands at 84,48,134 shares, or 21.34% of the company's equity. The transaction was executed on June 19, 2026.
