The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee during a Board Meeting held on September 01, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the notice for convening the 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 30, 2026, to be held via video conferencing in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
