Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Germany and Siemens Metals Technologies Vermogensverwaltungs GmbH have sold an aggregate of 17,806,025 equity shares of Siemens Energy India Limited to Siemens Energy Holding B.V. and Siemens Energy Investment B.V. The shares sold represent 5.00% of the equity share capital of the Target Company. Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Germany, Siemens Metals Technologies Vermogensverwaltungs GmbH, Siemens Energy Holding B.V., and Siemens Energy Investment B.V. are promoters/members of the promoter group of the Target Company.
