Siemens Aktiengesellschaft, Germany (Seller) has sold 14,182,219 equity shares, representing 3.98% of the equity share capital, of Siemens Energy India Limited (Target Company) to Siemens Energy Holding B.V. (Acquirer). Both the Seller and Acquirer are promoters of the Target Company. The transaction was an inter-se transfer between promoters through an off-market transaction, executed on June 23, 2026. Following the sale, Siemens Aktiengesellschaft's holding reduced to 11.30%, while Siemens Energy Holding B.V.'s holding increased to 11.00%. The total promoter holding remains at 75.00%.
