Siemens Energy Holdco B.V. Sells 4.07% Stake in Siemens Limited to Siemens International Holding B.V.

Siemens Energy Holdco B.V. has sold 14,503,026 equity shares of Siemens Limited to Siemens International Holding B.V., representing 4.07% of the equity share capital of Siemens Limited. Both the Seller and the Acquirer are promoters of Siemens Limited. This disclosure is in terms of Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transaction took place on 16th December 2025. The equity share capital of Siemens Limited before the said acquisition/ sale was 356,120,505 Equity Shares of INR 2 each, and after the said acquisition/ sale, it remains the same.
