Siemens Energy India Ltd. to Invest Rs. 2,060 Crore in New Power Transformer Factory

Siemens Energy India Ltd. has approved an investment of around Rs. 2,060 crore towards a new power transformer factory. The capacity addition is expected to be from FY 2030 to FY 2032. The decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 13, 2026. The company also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2025.
