
Sigachi Industries to raise ₹264 Cr via warrants, increase capital
Sigachi Industries Limited's Board of Directors approved a significant increase in authorized share capital from ₹43 Crores to ₹60 Crores. The company also plans to issue up to 11 crore convertible warrants at ₹26.40 each to promoters and select non-promoters via preferential allotment, subject to shareholder approval.
